Recommended for female high school players who truly want to experience a Division I training environment. The Elite ID Clinic not only covers the technical and tactical requirements of Division I soccer, but also offers an in-depth look at the roles of strength and conditioning, nutrition, and recovery in the collegiate environment. This clinic will offer specific sports performance sessions during camp. Campers will learn movement and agility skills necessary for the advancement to collegiate athletics, proper stretching and recovery techniques for injury prevention, basic strength and movement patterns, nutritional needs as a soccer player and participate in soccer specific conditioning.
